Welcome to the online version of the transport fault card. You can use this online service to inform the council of street care problems you have noticed around the borough, which need our immediate attention.

Please note, where road works are concerned, not all disruption on the roads is directly attributed to work performed by the council. Utility companies such as Thames Water and British Gas also work on the borough's roads throughout the year. We provide up-to-date information on the possible delays caused by road works at our traffic works page.
