Schedule 1 The Council’s Proposals
Please note that the policy references in the Schedule and on the Proposals Map are not comprehensive and refer to the main relevant policies only. Other policies may also be relevant. All the proposals in Schedule 1 are subject to the requirements of Policy URB 1. The Council wishes to promote these sites for comprehensive uses listed in the Schedule. Where reference is made to a ‘mix of uses’ the Council will press for each element of mix to be provided on those sites. It is recognised however, that in some cases this overall mix of uses will not be possible to achieve. Therefore the Council will interpret the mix of uses to be provided on such sites on their merits.
