Notes for nomination: Please make sure you refer to the selection criteria, listed under 'what the judges will focus on'. The judges will use these criteria to score your entry form. You should provide facts, figures and examples - rather than general statements. You may want to include references or testimonials from customers. This will help the judges. You may also include some company literature with your form. What we'll do with your entry form:

1. We will acknowledge your entry form.
2. We will treat information received and submitted in the strictest confidence (see note below about us contacting your company in future).
3. We will notify all those short-listed for awards.
If the judges request a visit, we will make the arrangements for you.
4. We will announce the winners at the Lewisham Business Awards ceremony on 3 April 2008.
5. Our partners and sponsors will publish details of those short-listed and, after the ceremony, details of the award winners.

If you are short-listed for an award you may be asked to make a fuller submission.
The judges may also ask to visit your company.


Rules of entry
1. The decision of the judges is final.
2. Entries and any accompanying materials will not be returned
3. All who enter the awards must agree to abide by the competition rules.
4. The judges and organisers will not enter into any correspondence.
5. The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony.
