At AccessPoint in Catford we offer help with communication and support for deaf and hard of hearing people where two British Sign Language qualified staff members can help with a wide range of issues.

We offer advice about benefits you could be entitled to, council services and how to get adapted equipment and services.

We can help you with writing letters, filling in various Council forms and making phone calls.

If you want to know more about council services please contact us. We are open five days a week. Accesspoint is in Catford, on the ground floor of Laurence House, in the same building as Catford Library. See this webpage for the opening times and where we are.
